The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Phase 1 Physiotherapist within the Therapy team working in Hedleys Horizons. We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Physiotherapist to join our team. You would become part of an existing dedicated team of therapists who strive to deliver best practice at all times. With opportunities to shape a service to meet the ever changing needs of those we support. The post holder will be passionate about the benefits of teamwork and be dedicated to developing and supporting this within Hedleys Horizons.

We require a qualified and HCPC registered physiotherapist to provide input to a caseload of service users with complex physical communication and learning difficulties. The focus is on a combination of individual and small group sessions delivered collaboratively and in an integrated way with the multidisciplinary team. Rebound and hydrotherapy are strong features of the programme. There are good opportunities for CPD and clinical supervision.

We offer a busy vibrant and varied environment that supports disabled adults with cerebral palsy communication and sensory impairments and complex learning needs including those with Autism Spectrum Conditions. We offer a choice of activities that meet peoples aspirations needs and preferences thus offering a very individual programme with support from a highly skilled and dedicated staff team.

This is a fulltime role over 52 weeks. Annual leave entitlement is 33 days plus Bank Holidays.
