Trinity at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated InHome Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide essential support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings including geriatrics and hospital medicine and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care and the ability to adapt to each individuals unique needs.

• Pay: $12per hour
• Working Hours:
  • 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.
  • 4:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m.
  • 10:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
• You must have a valid drivers license and access to a car. This is a requirement in order to fulfill transportation requirements for clients

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients fostering a positive environment.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health status to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Support mobility by assisting clients with walking transferring or using mobility aids.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients with specific needs.
• Engage in light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and cleanliving environment.

Skills

• Strong understanding of patient care principles particularly in geriatric settings.
• Experience working in various healthcare environments such as clinics inpatient facilities or teaching hospitals is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team including collaboration with professionals from specialized units.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients families and healthcare providers.
• Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing highquality care.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients in home environments.
