Position Overview

As a Houseperson you play a key support role in our housekeeping team by ensuring public areas are clean and wellstocked assisting Room Attendants with supplies and linens and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping areas. You help create a welcoming safe and pristine environment for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and refresh guest rooms including making beds dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restock amenities linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all rooms meet AC Hotel brand cleanliness expectations before guest arrival.
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
• Respond to guest requests and provide friendly professional service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines including proper use of cleaning supplies.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required were happy to train the right person!
• Must be able to stand walk lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive cando attitude.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays.
