Were on the huntfor a SelfMotivated Customer Service Rockstarto join our Call Center team. Youll be the cheerful voice that helps our customers get toptier plumbing HVAC and electrical services scheduledwith a smile.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Turning inbound calls into booked appointments.
- Utilizing call scripts with personality.
- Address concerns with confidence and care.
- Creating genuine connections and winning loyal customers for life.
- Participating in training sessions to sharpen your skills.
- Keeping customer records uptodate and organized.
- 2 years of CSR/call center experience (Industry based experience is highly preferred HVAC/ Plumbing or Electrical)
- Tech savvy quick on the keyboard and phone friendly
- Dependable and can work well under pressure even when the summer heat starts flipping personality switches in people!
- Friendly upbeat communicator both written and spoken
- CRM experience is a big plus (ServiceTitan Salesforce Housecall Pro etc.)
- Inoffice availability & flexibility Must be able to work each of the following shift schedules: Monday Friday 7am 3pm 8am 4pm 9am 5pm and 10am 6pm on a rotating basis. Saturdays from 8am12pm on a monthly rotation. (But is still subject to change)
