Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote events promotions and services across various channels.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media email marketing and online advertising.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as flyers digital ads and promotional signage.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including entertainment food and beverage and operations to align marketing strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and executing property events ensuring successful promotion and guest turnout.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for marketingrelated services.
  • Support the execution of loyalty programs and other guest engagement initiatives to increase repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to help adjust and refine Caesars marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are compliant with company brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferred Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in the hospitality gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including social media email marketing and content creation.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms including CRM systems and social media management software.
  • Excellent communication organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must be able to use a computer and relevant software for jobrelated tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays when necessary.

PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to move in and around the Casino/Hotel areas and Caesars Rewards centers through the entire shift.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to keep aware of the constant changes and enhancements of the Caesars Rewards program and its benefits.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers demands in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must be able to bend stoop crouch kneel twist balance and work at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Responds to visual and aural cues.
  • Must have manual dexterity to be able to operate the following equipment: computer telephone photocopy machine fax machine ten key embosser printer and bar encoder.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
