Job Description

Overview

The Senior Lease Administrator plays a critical role in overseeing ATI Physical Therapys lease information ensuring compliance across the organization and managing leaserelated processes and documentation. This position collaborates with the Real Estate Accounting and Legal teams as well as external brokers and legal partners to facilitate lease execution and administration.

This role requires independent execution of lease administration processes strong crossfunctional communication and diligent oversight of critical deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to the Real Estate team ensuring seamless lease administration and compliance across ATIs expanding portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lease Management

  • Oversees the lease documentation process for new leases and amendments from LOI to final execution.
  • Routinely synthesizes complex legal documentation issues and offers recommendations for key stakeholder approval.
  • Leads research efforts to enforce lease and property rights for each ATI clinic towards protecting and resolving lease disputes and any rightsinfringement.
  • Manages 3rd party brokers attorney and contractors who are assigned lease project work.
  • Executes on compliance related work including but not limited to amendments side letters SNDAs and other critical documents.
  • Critical Date Monitoring on lease expirations renewals and other critical lease dates to ensure timely execution.

Leasing System Administrator

  • Subjectmatter expert on critical system (Lease Harbor) used across Real Estate and Accounting teams.
  • Develops standardized and ad hoc lease reports.
  • Manages leasing system SOX compliance2.

CAM/Tax Review Process

  • Executes and manages a structured thirdparty CAM/Tax audit process to deliver against company savings per year targets.


Business License Renewals

  • Manages the 3rdparty business license partner to ensure timely application & renewals for all clinical locations.

Qualifications

Minimum Education
Required:
Bachelors degree in real estate finance law or a related business field.

Minimum Experience
Required: 5 years of experience in commercial lease administration within a real estate company or retail environment.
Required: Direct experience managing thirdparty vendors.
Preferred: Paralegal certification or equivalent lease administration experience.
Preferred: Exposure to real estate accounting or property management.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office application suite (Outlook Word Excel etc.)
Proficiency with lease administration software (e.g. APEX)
Deep understanding of lease language abstraction and compliance requirements.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across departments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
