Were seeking an innovative datadriven problemsolver whos passionate about customer satisfaction.
Key job responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for conducting deep dives building programs analyzing large datasets and facilitating the flow of information across multiple stakeholders to resolve any potential issues that impact network losses and customer experience.
1 years of employee and performance management experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
2 years of performance metrics process improvement or lean techniques experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup VBA data links etc.
