About Strategy & Resources
Strategy and Resources is a multiskilled diverse integrated team that works effectively to deliver innovative sustainable value for money services to residents businesses staff and partners in Barnet.
About the role
This role provides first line Application Support to users of the Oracle Cloud System including system administration onboarding and training. They are responsible for ensuring the Oracle Cloud Application Support service desk runs smoothly and efficiently addressing user inquiries and resolving issues. The role also involves creating training materials and providing guidance to ensure users can enter data accurately and follow established procedures.
In addition to providing Application Support the role also plays a part in maintaining and improving the system itself. They work to guarantee the system meets business needs and is optimised for efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve collaborating on developing system policies procedures and training materials.
