We are currently recruiting

Occupational Therapists with empathy and the drive to make a difference finding creative ways to support people to achieve what they want to do and live as independently as possible in a place they call their home.

We need permanent full time Occupational Therapist to work across Lancashire as part of our Adult Services Short Term Support Service Occupational Therapy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to achieve their goals and live independently in their homes.
  • Collaborate with social work colleagues care providers and other partners.
  • Develop and coach a reenabling approach and/or longerterm compensatory adaptations.
  • Set and review therapeutic goals creating personcentred support plans.
  • Mentor and support nonqualified staff ensuring high standards and quality of work.
  • Participate in continual service development and access training opportunities.
