Key job responsibilities
Your Impact as our new Senior Assurance Manager youll be instrumental in:
Lead the Assurance team architecting and implementing secondline defence risk monitoring frameworks
Pioneering datadriven approaches to compliance testing
Transforming complex regulatory requirements into practical actionable solutions
Providing strategic advisory support to regulated entities across the UK and EU
What Youll Do
Design a multiyear assurance testing approach across multiple regulated entities
Undertake deepdive investigations into operational processes
Develop and implement innovative risk monitoring solutions
Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance control environments
Leverage data analytics to revolutionize compliance assurance
Drive continuous improvement in our Assurance Program
What Youll Need
Proven experience in financial services compliance or audit
Strong understanding of UK/EU financial regulations (financial crime payments insurance and / or consumer credit)
A proven track record of manager a high performing team
Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
Analytical mindset with a talent for problemsolving
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced innovative environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Experience in compliance audit or risk management
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
Masters degree or equivalent
