By building consultative relationships with the customers you will also use indepth product knowledge and ensure that products and services consistently meet client needs. This role will be crossfunctional in nature working alongside and connecting Sales Support Solutions Engineering and Product Development providing a unique opportunity to experience many aspects of an industry leading IoT and big data company. As a Route Optimization Account Advisor your key area of responsibility will be to promote and drive platform adoption by collaborating with customers on the creation of measurable goals aligned with their objectives. Demonstrate proficiency in platform features and architecture including handson capabilities with advanced configurations integrations and custom workflows. Onboard and train Optimization customers and partners. Continuously audit and refine documentation based on product changes and user feedback to ensure it remains a reliable accessible resource for all user types. Develop modular rolebased learning paths and interactive content to support both onboarding and ongoing platform operation. (tutorials videos etc.)
