Job Description

Educator (Diploma)

Permanent Parttime Position available

Availability for Mondays to Fridays 11am to 5pm

ABOUT THE CENTRE

Ngala Early Learning Claremont is a spacious growing childcare centre just a 5minute walk from Showgrounds Train Station. We offer large indoor and outdoor play areas a dedicated art room and excellent childtoeducator ratios. Our focus is on providing fun stimulating and joyful learning activities for children.

We operate Monday to Friday 6:30am to 6pm.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Educator you will work as a member of the team to effectively deliver care to children aged 06 years as per Ngalas Early Childhood Curriculum in partnership with families and the community.

Just as important youll become part of a closeknit team who support each other learn from each other and love coming to work.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are passionate about childrens learning and development. You will have:

Diploma in Children Services / Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)

Demonstrated experience supporting the development and learning of children 06 years old

Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and selflearning to achieve the best outcomes for children

High level of verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.

Satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months

Current WA Working with Childrens Check

As part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation successful candidates are required to provide their Immunisation History Statement.

While immunisations are highly encouraged they are not mandatory. This information will help us assess and implement appropriate safety measures for everyone.
