Job Description
STV is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Systems and Security department at our New York City NY and Philadelphia PA offices.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design integration and implementation of complex rail and transit systems including communications signals and SCADA.
Oversee system engineering activities across project lifecycles including requirements analysis interface management and testing.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical consistency and system compatibility.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
Support client coordination proposal development and project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field.
10 years of experience in systems engineering for transit or rail infrastructure projects.
Proven experience with systems integration verification and validation and interface control.
Familiarity with industry standards such as CENELEC IEEE and AREMA.
Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills.

Compensation Range:
