A thriving partner hospital in Naples FL is actively seeking a Lead Veterinarian to oversee and inspire its team while providing exceptional care in a stateoftheart fullservice facility. This opportunity is perfect for a seasoned DVM looking to blend handson clinical excellence with leadership in a wellsupported and collaborative environment.
What Youll Do
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for companion animals
Lead and mentor veterinarians technicians and support staff
Partner with hospital leadership to oversee daily operations and clinical protocols
Build strong relationships with clients through compassionate education and communication
Maintain high standards of care and drive clinical development within the team
What Were Looking For
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMAaccredited college
Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
5 years of small animal clinical experience (leadership experience a plus)
Strong skills in diagnostics surgery and client communications
A teamfirst mindset with a passion for mentorship and collaboration
