About the Role
Job Type: FullTime / Hybrid / Onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM EST

Your Impact
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful data solutions
Monitor ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes to ensure timely and accurate data availability
Perform indepth data analysis to uncover trends identify opportunities and recommend improvements
Replace offline/manual reporting with scalable realtime insights
Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems
Maintain documentation for processes validations and reporting tools
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Support system upgrades as they relate to reporting and analytics
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
2 years of experience with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
Proven experience with reporting tools like Power BI (Business Intelligence) Crystal Reports (2020 or later) and SAP BusinessObjects
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work crossfunctionally and independently
Programming experience is a plus
