What youll do
As a SeniorHousekeeper youll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the daytodayoperations of the housekeeping department with a particular focus on VIP roominspections and preparation. You will play a key role in maintaining thehighest standards of cleanliness presentation and service throughout guest areas.
- You will conduct daily room inspections with a specialemphasis on VIP accommodations ensuring adherence to quality and brandstandards.
- You will supervise and support housekeeping staffmonitoring individual performance and providing regular coaching to enhanceproductivity and service quality.
- You will deliver training to linelevel staff andsupervisors on health and safety protocols standard operating procedures anddepartmental processes.
- You will collaborate closely with the Assistant ExecutiveHousekeeper reporting directly and executing daily assignments and tasks asdirected.
- You will utilize strong administrative and organizationalskills to manage schedules maintain records and support operationalefficiency. Your leadership and attention to detail will be essential inensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and team performance

Theoperational hours of work are shiftbased and may be subjected to change. Thesecurrently set as:
- Monday toSunday: starting as early as 07:00 and finishing at 23:00
What youll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in Housekeeping: You haveworked in a housekeeping supervisor role in a hotel.
- Attention to Detail: You can noticesmall details like if a room is not cleaned properly.
- Team Leadership: You have experiencehelping or leading a team to do their tasks well.
- Time Management: You can manage yourtime to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Energetic: You are comfortable withtasks like standing bending and lifting light items.
- Customer Service: You are friendly andrespectful when speaking to guests and other team members.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in a Luxury Hotel: You haveworked in a 5star hotel or similar before.
- Problem Solving: You can handle smallproblems
- Basic IT Skills: You can use asmartphone or computer for simple tasks like checking a schedule or sending amessage.
- Health and Safety Awareness: Youunderstand or are willing to learn safety rules about cleaning and working in ahotel.
