Your responsibilities

Market Development: Drive market adoption by spotting and capitalizing on emerging opportunities ensuring Aleph Alphas positioning as an industry leader.
Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects understanding their unique challenges and presenting Aleph Alpha as the goto solution partner.
Collaborative Strategy: Work alongside our agile teams offering feedback insights and market intelligence to refine our solutions and approach.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in AI and sales trends ensuring Aleph Alphas sales strategies remain topnotch.
Team Collaboration: Embody our openminded culture consistently bringing innovative ideas to the table and collaborating with teams to achieve shared success.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update our CRM system diligently ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
Sales Forecasting: Utilize datadriven insights to provide accurate sales forecasts aiding in organizational planning and resource allocation by using Meddic as sales methodology.
Pipeline Development: Proactively build manage and optimize your own sales pipeline ensuring a steady flow of prospective business and opportunities.
Your profile
Savvy and experienced sales executive preferably within the automotive/manufacturing sector.
Proven experience in technology (data analytics automation) and software sales (SaaS) adept at conveying complex business value propositions.
Presenting value through challenger sales methodology and negotiating contracts at the Clevel suite is your passion.
Achieving a solid and repeatable ARR quota is your objective.
Enthusiasm for building new markets and advocating AI solution adoption across the DACH region in the industry together with our partners.
An adaptable individual comfortable in fastpaced agile working style.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
A teamcentric attitude focused on collaboration and collective success.
English and German language skills of at least C1 are required for this role.
