We are looking for motivated and resultsdriven Independent Sales Agents to join our growing remote team. Topperforming independent sales representatives should demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills and achieve excellent customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions Develop and maintain strong client relationships Generate leads through networking referrals and companyprovided resources Educate clients on available policies and coverage options Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Requirements:
Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required) Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one we provide guidance) Strong communication & interpersonal skills Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset Ability to work independently & manage time effectively Basic computer skills for CRM & client management Electronic devices to conduct business: cell phone ipad laptop etc
