Support and coach new and existing agile teams across Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology.
Analyze current processes and guide project program and portfolio teams in adopting agile best practices.
Lead agile workshops and assessments for development functional teams and key stakeholders.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by setting and being accountable for goals and milestones.
Drive organizational cultural change by championing an agile mindset and industry best practices.
Facilitate individual and team learning and development through coaching.
Coach senior management to ensure topdown adoption of agile practices.
Communicate agile principles scrum practices and the overall operating model across the organization.
Champion the use of metrics and objective measures across teams.
Build and execute Agile transformations with experience in at least one endtoend transformation.
Manage product lifecycle and sustain Agile Communities of Practice.
Participate in the Agile Center of Excellence.
Implement agile techniques in diverse cultures and environments.
Create and deliver training content for various agile roles in an interactive manner.
Launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs) train teams and coach ART execution.
Lead agile projects of varying sizes and complexity.
Act as a strong leader educator coach and problem solver.
Exhibit excellent communication motivation time management and prioritization skills.
Utilize Horizon tooling (e.g. JIRA CICD tools).
Hold Scrum Coach and Scrum Master certifications.
Have experience coaching in large organizations preferably in banking or Fortune 500 companies.
