This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a beauty and haircare brand s digital presence while supporting key business operations. You ll be instrumental in managing social media campaigns creating engaging content and maintaining the brand s ecommerce presence during an exciting growth phase. The position offers unique exposure to product launches professional styling services and beauty industry marketing. You ll work directly with the business owner to execute marketing strategies while providing crucial administrative support that enables business growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns for product launches and services
- Perform video editing using CapCut including adding branded elements and basic editing
- Manage ecommerce operations through Shopify platform
- Update product listings and availability
- Monitor inventory levels
- Process and track orders
- Update product listings and availability
- Handle customer service through email and social media channels
- Support content creation by coordinating with the inperson team for photoshoots and video content
- Manage business communications during client service hours
- Assist with administrative tasks including monthly accounting documentation
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
Requirements
- Marketing degree or equivalent experience in social media marketing
- Proven track record in social media management and content creation
- Proficiency with video editing software particularly CapCut
- Experience with ecommerce platforms especially Shopify
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic graphic design capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in administrative task management
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Interest in beauty/haircare industry a plus
- Ability to maintain consistent communication during agreed work hours
