Requirements
We are seeking a talented UX Designer with at least 4 years of handson experience in digital product design. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a deep understanding of usercentered design principles. Experience with B2B product environments and a strong grasp of interaction design visual aesthetics and usability are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and translate them into usercentered designs.
Conduct requirement discussions and gather insights from stakeholders.
Design wireframes mockups and highfidelity prototypes for mobile and web applications.
Create engaging intuitive and cuttingedge user experiences across platforms.
Utilize the latest design tools (Figma Sketch inVision Principle Adobe Suite) to produce toptier design deliverables.
Adhere to responsive design standards and native behavior patterns for iOS and Android platforms.
Incorporate microinteractions and animations where applicable to enhance the user experience.
Communicate design concepts clearly through presentations and documentation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and provide timely design inputs and feedback.
Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years of experience designing digital products; B2B product design experience is a plus.
Strong command of Figma and prototyping tools such as inVision Principle and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn user research into exceptional design outcomes.
Indepth knowledge of iOS/Android design guidelines and responsive web standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and consistently deliver highquality outputs.
Experience working in crossfunctional teams and openness to giving and receiving feedback.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Certifications from reputed design institutions such as HFC or Nielsen Norman Group.
Educational Qualifications:
Must hold a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design or a related discipline.
Additional Notes:
Candidate must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
Portfolio submission is mandatory with the application (attachment or link).
While weekend work is not standard candidates should be open to occasional weekend availability upon request.
