Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are looking for a Physiotherapist to our hospital in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clinical caseload on the weekends as needed for the position.
- Be in charge of conducting client assessments creating and carrying out clientcentered best practicecompliant individualized treatment plans.
- As needed collaborate with the client family and other team members to establish goals.
- Make sure the patients dignity and privacy are always maintained.
- Cooperate and communicate with other team members.
- Establish good lines of communication with service users their families and carers and offer them support education and direction. To ensure early discharge and proper followup keep lines of communication open with consultants general practitioners and community care team members.
- Maintain client records in compliance with departmental guidelines and professional standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy Trinity College Graduate of a School of Physiotherapy approved by the Irish Society of Physiotherapists or Diploma U.C.D.
- CORU membership
- Present ISCP member
- Postgraduate training and experience that is pertinent
- Belonging to pertinent special interest groups
- Experience in Tutoring and Teaching
- Expertise in treating patients following spinal decompression and joint replacement.
- Knowledge of respiratory physical therapy.
- Organizational Understanding
- Understanding of the Physiotherapy Departments operational protocols
