An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager to join their Sandyford team. This role is ideal for a resultsdriven individual with strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in the heating and plumbing industry.
The Branch Manager is required to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month (Opened for 3 hours on those days)
If works a 3rd or more overtime at a basic rate is paid.

Manage the daily operations of the branch in line with company processes and standards.
Drive sales performance and margin growth to meet and exceed business targets.
Oversee and monitor the branch P&L; manage costs sales and profitability.
Maintain effective credit control procedures and ensure timely collection of payments.
Ensure optimal stock levels and manage stock control processes efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise repeat business.
Implement local marketing and merchandising strategies in coordination with the central Marketing team.
Identify and act on opportunities for operational improvement within the branch.
Ensure all branch administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.
Lead develop and motivate a highperforming team in partnership with the HR team.
Promote a strong culture of Health & Safety and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar industry.
Strong background in heating and plumbing sales with a history of meeting performance targets.
Experience managing stock and warehouse functions.
Competent in IT systems reporting and communications tools.
Strong interpersonal organisational and time management skills.
Energetic motivated and customerfocused.
Full clean driver s licence.
Experience in external sales and debtor collections.
Forklift driving experience.
