Job Description
We are looking for an Advertising Account Manager/Executive with 1 3 years of experience in advertising agencies preferably BTL who will serve as the main point of contact for existing clients ensuring their needs are clearly communicated and effectively managed. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust guide clients through our services mainly including brand identity branding printing and promotional giveaways and confidently handle their questions. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines maintain longterm client satisfaction and manage suppliers by handling specifications with supervisors ensuring quality control creating quotations and keeping projects on budget and on time. The candidate must be capable of translating client requests into clear briefs and coordinating with all relevant teams and vendors meet deadlines and use CRM tools and Microsoft Office efficiently. Excellent verbal and written English is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in advertising Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships Excellent written and verbal English skills Act as the main point of contact for existing clients Communicate client requests clearly to internal teams Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction Ability to work under pressure Aware of CRM software systems and Microsoft Office suite Provide status reports and updates to supervisors
