Hybrid Fulltime onsite initially to understand the department s ICT landscape and project objectives.
Minimum 3 days onsite per week required after the initial period with flexible work arrangements subject to approval.
Contractors are responsible for their own remote work costs including travel accommodation and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements align stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.
Collaborate with HR IT and other business units to understand workflows and system integration needs.
Conduct gap analyses assess feasibility and document findings for SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 projects.
Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements functional specifications process flows and technical specifications.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into system configurations.
Support project planning and scheduling ensuring structured implementation and rollout.
Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff ensuring effective documentation and compliance with recordkeeping policies.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Feasibility Assessment: Level 5 (SFIA) Expert in managing investigative work for feasibility assessments including cost/benefit impact and risk analysis.
Requirements Definition and Management: Level 5 (SFIA) Proven ability to drive scoping requirements definition and prioritization for large complex projects.
Specialist Advice: Level 5 (SFIA) Recognized expert in a specialist area providing definitive guidance and oversight.
Systems Design: Level 5 (SFIA) Experienced in designing large or complex systems including impact analysis and risk management.
Desirable Skills:
Consultancy: Level 5 (SFIA) Ability to deliver clientfocused analysis problem resolution and solution implementation.
Methods and Tools: Level 4 (SFIA) Experience advising on methods and tools including process tailoring and standards adherence.
Software Design: Level 5 (SFIA) Skilled in designing large or complex software applications including risk management and prototyping.
User Experience Evaluation: Level 3 (SFIA) Experience evaluating design options conducting usability testing and providing actionable insights.
Essential Criteria:
Expertise in Feasibility Assessment (Level 5) Managing investigative work preparing business cases and conducting risk analysis.
Proven skills in Requirements Definition and Management (Level 5) Driving complex projects from scoping to implementation.
Recognized expertise in Specialist Advice (Level 5) Providing highlevel guidance and consolidating expertise from multiple sources.
Experience in Systems Design (Level 5) Designing complex systems conducting impact analysis and managing risks.
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in Consultancy (Level 5) Delivering clientfocused solutions and enhancing client capabilities.
Knowledge of Methods and Tools (Level 4) Supporting process improvement and standards adherence.
Skills in Software Design (Level 5) Designing complex software systems including risk management and impact assessment.
Understanding of User Experience Evaluation (Level 3) Conducting usability testing and design evaluations.
