Quality Director
Position Summary
This role is responsible for risk management activities including claims investigation compliance auditing educational training and corporate compliance oversight. The Quality Director ensures patient safety regulatory adherence and supports the organization s longterm strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop departmental goals plans and standards aligned with clinical administrative legal and ethical objectives
- Direct departmental operations patient care delivery and servicelevel performance
- Oversee staffing hiring onboarding disciplinary actions and ongoing education programs
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure operational compliance
- Conduct and coordinate internal/external audits
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Code of Conduct Standards
- Act as the facilitys Patient Safety Officer
- Lead risk management activities to minimize liability and protect hospital assets
MustHaves
- Current NC Nursing License or Multistate Nursing License
- Strong communication skills public speaking and interpersonal abilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare risk management or claims investigation/management
NicetoHaves
- Management/Supervisory experience preferred (OSHA and JCAHO knowledge beneficial)
- Medical and/or Pharmaceutical Sales experience is preferred

Licenses & Certifications:
- NC Nursing License or Multistate Nursing License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association preferred
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience (Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare risk management experience
- Supervisory experience preferred (OSHA & JCAHO knowledge beneficial)
- Strong communication problemsolving and leadership skills

Signing Bonus Structure:
- $10000 commitment bonus is paid in installments:
- $1665 within 30 days of hire
- $1665 after 4 months
- $1665 after 8 months
- $1665 after 12 months
- $1665 after 18 months
- Final installment ($1675) after 24 months
