Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Catoosa OK
Pay Rate: $20$24/hour $2.00/hour shift differential
Shift: MondayThursday 5:00 PM 3:30 AM; Friday 5:00 PM 1:30 AM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Final Assembler to join our team in Catoosa. In this role you will play a key part in assembling industrial coolers to ensure they are fully operational and meet all customer specifications. This is a handson position requiring mechanical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand assembly of cooler components
Use various hand and power tools to assemble parts and complete final units
Interpret and work from blueprints schematics and work orders
Test and disassemble units for shipment as needed
Operate cranes and manlifts safely
Maintain a clean organized and hazardfree work area
Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE
Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Experience & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing assembly role
Strong mechanical aptitude
Selfmotivated and detailoriented
Team player with good communication skills
Comfortable working in tight or enclosed spaces
Ability to work at heights 6 feet or higher)
Ability to climb stoop kneel and crouch as needed
Excellent handeye coordination
Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
Ability to identify defective products and take appropriate action
Ability to follow JSAs and work instructions
