As a Data Entry Customer Service professional at Property Soar you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will enter and update customer information assist with queries and support various administrative tasks. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Input and update customer data in company systems accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
Maintain records of interactions with customers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support as needed including filing scanning and organizing documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in data handling and customer interactions.
Assist in other customer servicerelated tasks as required.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to multitask.
