Job Description
Nexmos Design is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support our customer relations team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring they receive timely helpful and professional assistance. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and are looking to grow within a creative and fastpaced company.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about our services timelines and processes
Assist customers with order updates billing questions and general support
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
Maintain customer records and update the internal database
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
Support administrative tasks as required by the department
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
