This is an 6 Month Fixed Term Contract role and is based in Dublin.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our UKI Talent Solutions Team. In this role you will be responsible for things like building and managing a team of Account Executives as well as leading key activities across the UKI and EMEA SMB Team overall.
The Objectives for the UKI team are 1 Exceed Quota 2 Deliver our SMB Orgs Foundations & Operating Priorities and 3 Set the team up for future success.
The purpose of this role is to accelerate the growth of the overall UK&I CoE corporate acquisition business. To accelerate the growth of the team this person will
- Drive deals by joining customer meetings
- Improve the UKI teams sales skills through feedback coaching and performance management
- Create a culture grounded in DIBs psychological safety and operational excellence
- Be an inspiring leader able to lead through change set high standards and nurture growth mindsets
- Role model collaboration to gain maximum leverage
- Apply business acumen and innovation to challenges and opportunities

Responsibilities
- Leading the GoToMarket Planning for the region.
- Set a compelling vision that aligns and inspires the team.
- Lead a high performing and predictable business through driving prospecting and pipeline building activities across the team.
- Have impactful team meetings and onetoones that help each team member to exceed their quota
- Coaching each team member on sales competencies to develop their skills and transform their careers.
- Help to close key deals by supporting the team in meetings with senior executives.
- Deliver reliable and accurate forecasts through CRM hygiene and deal reviews.
- Be a key member of the UKI leadership team by doing things like developing and scaling best practices
- Listen to the needs of the market keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity and sharing insights with product and marketing teams
- Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
- Be an evangelist of our Learning and Engagement products and maintain deep product knowledge
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years in a quota carrying role
- Experience in a sales management or team lead position
- Experience in Leading a crossteam projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of SaaS within the HR function
- Be a certified LinkedIn coach
- Has invested in their leadership skills in DIBs and / or psychological safety
- Experience in inspiring leadership with the ability to lead through change
- Experience being a strong collaborator
