Job Description
- Ongoing position flexible 0.8 to 1.0 EFT
- Located in Knoxfield traditional land of the Woiwurrung Boon Wurrung & Bunurong Nations (Wurundjeri Boon Wurrung & Bunurong Peoples)
- Hourly rate $49.50 $52.55 11.5% Super Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18550
Are you passionate about supporting young people aged 1225 with complex mental health concerns Do you have a strong background in working with youth and families along with expertise in traumainformed care and evidencebased interventions If so we want you to be part of our dedicated team!
As a Clinician you will play a key role in delivering highquality mental health treatment and support to youth across individual group and family contexts.
Your Role Your Impact
- Provides assessment evidencebased interventions case coordination and treatment to young people who present with complex and chronic mental health issues
- Formulate care plans assess for and complete appropriate referrals
- Maintain an active caseload
- Attend and participate in team meetings clinical review meetings professional development and program planning as required.

Qualifications :

- Undergraduate qualifications in Occupational Therapy Psychology Nursing Social work or related discipline.
- Eligibility for membership in qualified field.
- Strong communication skills verbal and written nonjudgemental and client focused.

Demonstrated experience in:
- Providing assessment casemanagement and evidencebased psychological interventions to young people in the context of severe mental health issues and who have experience significant disengagement from social activities education and employment.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Working with young people and families for a minimum of 4 years in the context of severe and complex mental health issues.
