$29.17 $35.66/hr. DOE
Day/Swing Shifts available
$1000 sign on bonus after a 720hour probation period.
Applicants interested are expected to learn the principles values and behaviors of McWane Compass.
Basic Duties Responsibilities:
- Setting up and running semi manual lathes.
- Operation of two lathes at a time.
- Any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Must know how to read Blueprints.
- Understand how to cut metric and standard threads.
- Ability to run a lathe mill and a drill press.
- CNC set up and operation using Fanuc controls.
- Programming preferred on Mastercam.
- Able to read Micrometer.
- Machine school completion or experience equivalent.
