Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and creative individual to lead the development of compelling content and bid responses for Netcompanys managed services. This role sits at the intersection of marketing business development and service deliveryplaying a pivotal part in shaping our value proposition engaging customers and driving market growth. 

  • Content Development:
    • Develop and maintain a repository of bid response templates service descriptions case studies and supporting materials.
    • Author persuasive and customised content that highlights the unique value proposition and thought leadership of Netcompanys managed services.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate this knowledge into bid content.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Lead and manage the creation of highquality bid and framework responses for managed services opportunities.
    • Collaborate with sales and service delivery teams to gather insights and information essential for bid submissions.
    • Engage with customers both during and outside of bid processes to shape opportunities and help them understand Netcompanys capabilities.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitive dynamics and client requirements in the managed services sector.
    • Monitor industry developments and adjust marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
    • Provide insights and feedback to product teams to inform and guide service development and enhancements.
  • GotoMarket Strategy:
    • Drive proactive marketing campaigns to promote Netcompanys managed services offerings working with delivery and technology partners.
    • Develop and execute gotomarket plans for new services and solutions.
    • Identify and develop new offerings and propositions by combining Netcompanys managed services with digital transformation capabilities and development platforms.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration:
    • Partner with service delivery managers and technical teams to understand service offerings and differentiators.
    • Work closely with sales teams to identify strategic opportunities and customise responses to client needs.
    • Facilitate communication between technical operational and marketing teams to ensure accurate and cohesive collateral and content.

Qualifications :

  • Ability to author highquality marketing content that reflects thought leadership and strategic value.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and crossfunctional teams.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful gotomarket strategies.
  • Familiarity with managed services and digital transformation technologies a plus
