Job Description
We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our growing ServiceNow team. You will be part of a collaborative international division and will contribute to exciting international implementation and development projects. This position is a great opportunity for both junior and midlevel professionals who are passionate about ServiceNow eager to grow with the business and ready to take on increasing responsibilities.
- Participate in international ServiceNow implementation and development projects
- Support the elaboration of internal demands for reusable content
- Contribute to Application Management & Modernization tasks during service transition phases
- Collaborate closely with the international delivery team under the coordination of the Delivery Lead
- Serve as a sparring partner and guide for other team members
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Practical knowledge or handson experience with ServiceNow ideally in implementation projects
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in working in a fastpaced evolving environment
- Openness to grow as a professional and take on new responsibilities
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certifications:
o Certified System Administrator (CSA)
o Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM CSM ITOM or ITAM
- German language skills
