Your Career
Unit 42 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst GTM Operations to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the success of Unit 42 by providing critical operational support to our GTM teams. You will be a key partner in driving strategic initiatives optimizing processes and ensuring the overall health of the business. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking analytical prowess and collaborative execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment and possesses a proven ability to execute.
Your Impact
Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across key GTM functions. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows automate tasks and optimize resource allocation.
Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership providing datadriven insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including Product Engineering Finance Marketing and Sales to drive alignment and execute on key initiatives.
Project Management: Manage and execute on a portfolio of projects ensuring timely completion and successful delivery of outcomes.
Security Transformation Program Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced processes related to security transformation initiatives. This may involve analyzing data developing recommendations and supporting the implementation of new tools and technologies.
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: Conduct indepth analyses to uncover trends identify opportunities and inform strategic planning efforts.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles and GTM processes. SaaS or subscriptionbased business model experience is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g. SQL Google Sheets Looker Studio Tableau) and cloudbased platforms is a plus.
Project Management: Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Collaboration & Teamwork: A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across different teams and functions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other relevant business tools.
DataDriven Mindset: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for nonsales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $101000 $164000/YR.
