Job Description
As a Business Transformation Consultant you will be a Partner to the Commercial and Marketing stakeholders while working on the Business Systems Team.
You will be:
- Partnering with Commercial and Marketing stakeholders to improve the systems and processes involved in their daytoday work.
- Participating in discussions to get an understanding of upcoming changes and strategic goals for Commercial and Marketing
- Identifying obstacles proactively and develop solutions to prevent and/or overcome these scenarios.
- Driving projects that prioritise data quality and process efficiency
- Displaying understanding in Finance subject matter and technical knowledge of the related systems
- Gathering requirements for upcoming changes and work closely with development teams to plan the delivery of requests.
- Planning changes in NetSuite and work with the Finance team to coordinate
- Acting as a member of the Scrum Team
12 DAYS PER MONTH REQUIRED IN EITHER THE DUBLIN OR BELFAST OFFICE
Qualifications :
You will have:
- Experience with Finance Systems (NetSuite Adaptive Planning) and Finance Processes
- Experience managing complex solutions.
- An awareness/familiarity with Agile and Scrum Methodologies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills and experience in project management (Scrum/Agile)
- Selfdrive with an indepth attention to detail
