Job Description
Were seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our innovative manufacturing team. Youll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our plants control and electrical systems. This position requires a proactive approach to problemsolving a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced industrial environment. Youll collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and eliminate defects develop maintenance routines and calibrate instruments
- Assist in plant design modification and hazard analysis
- Provide technical support training and apprentice development
- Implement HSEQ standards and environmental safeguards
- Manage SAP data coordinate with contractors and procure materials
- Participate in performance management and report safety incidents
- Support reliability improvements and ensure efficient operations
Qualifications :
- Relevant apprenticeship or HNC with 3 years handson experience
- Indepth knowledge of engineering systems and COMAH site requirements
- Proficiency in SAP and problemsolving techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to HSEQ standards and continuous improvement
