Job Description

Were seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our innovative manufacturing team. Youll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our plants control and electrical systems. This position requires a proactive approach to problemsolving a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced industrial environment. Youll collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and eliminate defects develop maintenance routines and calibrate instruments
  • Assist in plant design modification and hazard analysis
  • Provide technical support training and apprentice development
  • Implement HSEQ standards and environmental safeguards
  • Manage SAP data coordinate with contractors and procure materials
  • Participate in performance management and report safety incidents
  • Support reliability improvements and ensure efficient operations

Qualifications :

  • Relevant apprenticeship or HNC with 3 years handson experience
  • Indepth knowledge of engineering systems and COMAH site requirements
  • Proficiency in SAP and problemsolving techniques
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to HSEQ standards and continuous improvement
