Join our retail team as an Assistant Manager Store Operations at our boutique in the heart of the Old Port! Our Espace SSENSE boutique spans five floors offering a curated selection of highend products combining iconic brands with emerging designers. Join our team of 65 passionate individuals and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Assistant Manager of Store Operations will be responsible for overseeing the processes of the LESPACE SSENSE store through our Retail concepts hybrid omnichannel walkin and appointmentbased models. They will ensure accuracy speed and efficient inventory flow to maximize the customer experience at each point of contact. They will contribute to the flawless execution and delivery to meet lESPACE SSENSEs promise to clients as well as identify and address issues that may impact the client experience. The Assistant Manager of Store Operations will coach and mentor direct reports to improve performance and develop future leaders.
What you will do:
- Analyze proactively communicate and react to inventory planning. Maintain proper inventory density on hand turnover and flow to support business goals.
- Establish and continuously improve the process of inbound and outbound inventory flow. Deliver on customer promise and support the sales team to maximize client satisfaction.
- Track and achieve operational KPIs ensuring that information is communicated to the store team and stakeholders in a timely and actionable manner.
- Support promote and assume responsibility for asset protection in all areas of risk management physical security store cash controls inventory management and transaction accuracy.
- Build and develop bestinclass clientcentric teams. Continually evaluate the performance of each staff member provide feedback to ensure results and address performance management issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in training programs development and maintenance for all levels of the team based on learning opportunities.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 3 years management experience in a high volume clientfacing environment and retail operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Suite Web and computersavviness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. French is required as it is the official language in the Quebec province.
- Ability to lead coach and mentor all employees to achieve personal and professional goals
- Proven experience establishing trusting relationships in a multichannel environment
- Flexibility in working hours including weekends mornings and evenings to meet the businesss operational needs
