About the role
As a Technical Integration Project Manager you will play a key role in expanding and optimizing our network of over 500 telematics connectors a number that continues to grow. You will specialize in GPS tracking solutions (also known as ELD in the trucking world) ensuring seamless data collection from telematics providers.
This is an endtoend ownership role requiring strong technical expertise business acumen and problemsolving skills. You will work closely with developers customers telematics vendors product teams and support teams to build monitor and continuously improve our integrations. Your mission: ensure flawless connectivity maximize automation and deliver exceptional reliability to our customers.
What youll do
Own & develop our telematics network:
Take full ownership of the development maintenance and optimization of our telematics connectors
Expand and strengthen partnerships with telematics providers to grow our network
Act as the primary technical contact for integrations ensuring smooth communication between vendors customers and internal teams
Design & optimize integrations
Design scalable and highperformance integration solutions working closely with developers to implement them
Continuously enhance integration processes to improve quality speed and automation
Proactively monitor troubleshoot and optimize integrations using KPIs and dashboards
Support & enable teams
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Provide expert guidance and support to product support and operations teams
Act as the goto technical authority on telematics integration solving challenges and proposing innovative solutions
Qualifications :
What were looking for
Musthaves
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical integration telematics or IT/data connectivity role
Experience in telematics GPS tracking or fleet management solutions.
Strong technical skills:
Experience working directly with developers and troubleshooting technical issues
Handson experience with APIs Postman SQL and data integration tools.
Understanding of ETL processes and systemtosystem communication.
Experience in customer facing : SDR Account Executive CSM or Account Manager
Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership and drive projects endtoend.
Fluent in English and French (additional European languages like Italian or Dutch are a plus)
Nicetohaves
Background in software development or scripting (even if not a developer role)
Prior experience working in a highgrowth SaaS or logistics/transportation environment
