Job Description
Within the Accounts Payable and Royalties team and inside the Accounting department you will join a team of accountants and controllers who run the daily operations. You will also be an actor in Deezers projects to improve and strengthen the processes in a constantly evolving environment.
What you will do:
- Account invoices in both the procurement (Pivot) and accounting (Sage) tools
- Be the representative of Deezer towards suppliers
- Make payment vouchers
- Do accounting closing tasks (prepaid expenses unreceived invoices)
- Participate in the improvement of IT tool and internal control
- Ad hoc missions related to automation and process improvement
Qualifications :
This role is excellent for a person with:
- A 2 or 3 years degree (BTS DUT Bachelor or equivalent) in Accounting minimum
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English
- Experienced in Sage or other accounting tools is a plus
- Excel proficiency (at least 2/5)
- Appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus
- Teamwork and rigor are keys to success!
This is an apprenticeship position starting in September 2025.
We favor candidates with a 3day work and 2day school program.
