Job Description
As a Fleet Service Advisor you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance activities and managing resources effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills technical knowledge and a commitment to safety. This is a fulltime permanent position MondayFriday from 6:00am2:30pm.
What youre responsible for:
- Ensuring resources are in place to perform the planned work (parts labour shop space etc.)
- Developing and communicating the weekly maintenance plan and creating work orders
- Ensuring open work orders meet required standard and status is kept up to date
- Maintaining maintenance records with current Service and PM status
- Coordinating with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs
- Prioritizing equipment service based on usage condition and criticality
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have 2 years experience relating to fleet maintenance/service planning
- You have thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
- You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- You have detailed working knowledge of planning and scheduling tools (MS Office Package Excel etc)
- You have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
