Program Management:
Lead endtoend program planning execution and delivery across multiple software and hardware teams.
Define scope timelines budgets resources and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders.
Track program status and KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership and global customers.
Manage risks dependencies and change control across parallel tracks and geographies.
Technical Leadership:
Partner with engineering and product leads to drive architecture design and technical implementation decisions.
Review technical milestones and ensure adherence to Bosch quality gates and compliance standards.
Support design reviews code walkthroughs and system integration planning when required.
Stakeholder and Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for global customers and internal business units.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular reporting.
Ensure alignment across customer requirements regulatory needs and program deliverables.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Mandatory: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Computer Science Electronics Electrical or related fields)
Preferred: Masters Degree in Engineering Technology Management or Business Administration (MBA)
Experience :
10 years of experience in program/project management with at least 5 years managing global customers.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Proven experience in stakeholder communication conflict resolution and program reporting.
Handson experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Project or equivalent.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and/or IoT automotive or industrial systems.
Strong understanding of software and/or embedded product development lifecycle (Agile & Waterfall).
Preferred Skills :
Experience working in ISO/CMMIcompliant environments.
Exposure to AI/ML Digital Twins or Industry 4.0 technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of Bosch development and quality processes (e.g. PMQ PQM QGC) is a strong advantage.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills especially for global customer discussions.
PMP PRINCE2 or SAFe Agilist certification.
