Team Member - Quality Control (Analyst)

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of raw materials inprocess components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• You will be responsible for using various testing equipment and tools to perform measurements visual inspections and functional tests.
• You will be responsible for accurate documentation of inspection results test data and any deviations from quality standards.
• You will be responsible for preparing detailed reports summarizing inspection findings and communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for collaborating with production teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• You will be responsible for working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to guarantee accurate and reliable measurements.
• You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on testing equipment and reporting any malfunctions for timely resolution.
• You will be responsible for staying updated on industry regulations and quality standards to ensure our products adhere to all applicable requirements.
• You will be responsible for assisting in the development and updating of quality control procedures and protocols.
• You will be responsible for providing training to production personnel on quality control processes and standards.
• You will be responsible for offering support and guidance to teams to foster a culture of quality consciousness.

Qualifications :

Educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in quality control is a plus

Skills & attributes:

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with industryspecific quality standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools gauges and testing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
