- Take full ownership of the sales process from lead generation and customer engagement to closing deals
- Drive the entire RFQ/RFP process: prepare proposals respond to technical inquiries and confirm orders
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management
- Ensure smooth internal processes to support sales activities efficiently
- Use our CRM system to track opportunities and customer interactions
- Support and expand our network of agents and distributors
- Manage the sales and marketing budget for your territory
- Actively implement and execute the regional sales strategy
- Represent TOMRA at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications :
- A degree is preferred but more importantly you bring relevant industry experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the waste recycling or processing sector
- A solid background in technical sales ideally of large capital equipment or longcycle B2B projects
- Experience working with key account customers and in international environments
- You are commercially sharp customerfocused resultdriven and entrepreneurial
- Skilled in contract negotiation with strong communication and analytical thinking
- A confident and credible partner for senior stakeholders in the recycling industry
- Passion for technology and enthusiasm for working with people
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively and an appreciation for cultural diversity
