You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highperforming and visionary Portfolio General Manager to oversee the operations of Novotel Melbourne South Wharf Ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley and Ibis Budget Melbourne Airport.
As Portfolio General Manager you will be accountable for delivering strong operational performance leading highperforming teams and driving commercial outcomes across three very different hotels. You will work closely with inplace property managers at the Ibis and Ibis Budget hotels while leading the team at Novotel South Wharf directly.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including hotel ownership portfolios and providing strategic leadership across all properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute hotel professional with multiproperty experience and a talent for owner relations.
As Portfolio General Manager you will be responsible for:
Leading the strategic direction and performance of all three properties.
Overseeing the delivery of operational excellence and consistent brand standards.
Developing and supporting the hotel leadership teams including mentoring property managers.
Driving revenue growth through effective commercial strategy distribution and cost control.
Ensuring compliance risk management and workplace culture across all hotels.
Fostering trusted and productive relationships with owners and key stakeholders.
Championing Accors Heartist culture and team engagement.
Qualifications :
A qualification in hotel management business administration or a related discipline would be highly regarded.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven experience as a General Manager ideally with multiproperty or cluster responsibility.
Deep knowledge of both premium and economy hotel operations.
Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven track record in revenue management and cost leadership.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with ownership portfolios.
Outstanding leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and strong brand alignment.
