We are currently hiring Adjunct Faculty to teach Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) Programming and Blueprint Reading.
Adjunct positions are temporary parttime teaching roles offered on a semesterbysemester basis with flexible scheduling and a strong support system to help you succeed.
Pay: $47.35/ contact hour
What Youll Do:
- Teach and support students learning in assigned classes using our statewide course syllabus.
- Bring industrial concepts to life including CNC programming theory and blueprint interpretation.
- Use tools like Canvas (IvyLearn) Microsoft Office and others to enhance instruction and stay organized.
- Maintain accurate attendance and grade records and be available outside class for student questions.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students.
What Were Looking For:
You must meet one of the following qualification routes:
- Hold a bachelors degree or higher in a related field and meet the faculty discipline standards; or
- Be a Department of Laborrecognized journeyman with 2 years of relevant experience and required certifications; or
- Have 5 years of directly related work experience with the necessary certifications for the course; or
- Possess a valid Indiana Workplace Specialist License or relevant CTE license with appropriate credentials and certifications.
Experience with CNC machines blueprint reading and realworld manufacturing processes is essential. Teaching experience is a plus but not requiredwell support you with tools and guidance.
