Job Description
We are looking for a task oriented individual to answer our incoming internet inquiries that customers submit. This person will be working within a team to get back to our customers with prompt correct information and see the sale all the way through the entire transaction. Sales experience is not required but is a plus. A customer service oriented organized dependable and punctual individual is what we are seeking. This entrylevel position will be responsible for taking care of customers in Minot Automotive Company Sales Department where we sell and lease new and preowned vehicles. This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive sales. Experience is NOT required for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customers perspective comes first.
- Presents a friendly professional greeting to customers and helps identify confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
- Ensures the customers needs are understood.
REQUIREMENTS:
- English speaking with bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Communication skills communicates effectively with others.
- Time management managing ones own time and time of others.
- Typing ability to type efficiently in order to input customer information.
- Mathematics calculating sales payments.
- Basic computer skills.
