Sales Associate
Become one of our Sales Associate by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our groceryrelated customers through stocking the shelves and building and maintaining displays and partnering up with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart Giant Harris Teeter and more. Become an ambassador of worldfamous brands like Oreo Ritz belVita Chips Ahoy Triscuit among other delicious industryleading snacks.
What are the main responsibilities
- Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo Ritz Belvita Chips Ahoy Triscuit among others) are well represented stocked and maintained through the implementation of Mondelz guidelines for merchandising.
- Ensure Sales Representatives negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelz management team.
- Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient instore service.
- Enhance seasonal sales seasonal displays and new product launches.
- Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked rotated and presentable at all times.
What can you expect from us
- The base salary range for this position is $40000 to $42000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget. In addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our longterm incentive program.

Who is a good fit
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID drivers license U.S. passport or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID drivers license U.S. passport or federal ID to access.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform in a fastpaced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting bending and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms and stocking the stores shelves.
- Live within 2535 miles range from the primary location: Omaha NE
- Ability to drive to secondary locations: Lincoln NE
