Assists guests by opening and closing car doors carefully and welcoming them in a friendly manner. Services guests by opening hotel doors hailing taxi cabs and answering inquiries. Responsible for custody of guest luggage by properly tagging and presenting claim check to guest. Transports luggage to Bell Captain via the luggage room. Directs deliverymen to service entrance and makes every effort to keep undesirable people from entering the hotel by notification of Supervisor and/or Security. Gets wheelchairs for guests. Loads guest cars when leaving. Maintains good grooming and professionalism at all times by being properly uniformed and refraining from personal conversation at front entrance with other employees. Responsible for accurate and careful loading and unloading of tour and junket luggage ensuring that all baggage is properly tagged.
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Requires poise and a pleasant personality. Ability to lift heavy bags and suitcases.
