Job Summary:
This position is for a Financial Analyst FP&A to support the Raytheon Business Process team. The selected candidate can expect to gain valuable business level experience and insight into processes systems and the tools used by Finance including CORE. This position entails creation review and analysis of financial data and systems and their impact on business process and solutions. Additionally the Business Process team regularly works with Programs Financial Planning & Analysis Budgets Accounting and other Functional organizations. This position is onsite in Richardson TX. Tucson AZ. McKinney TX. El Segundo CA. or Aurora CO.
What You Will Do:
Work closely with our expanded team in a 2week sprint cycle working projects and support.
Support the financial community in their usage of SAP BW/AO tools.
Lead training sessions for BW/AO and Excel PowerQuery along with our team.
Support the loading of rates into various financial tools approximately 4 times a year.
Identify continued process improvements implement reporting efficiencies and ensure product quality while meeting critical deadlines and managing multiple conflicting priorities.
Analyze and understand data quickly in order to make informed business decisions.
Exhibit financial independence possess high business acumen and exhibit robust analysis skills.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors degree in Finance Math Business or related field.
Typically requires 2 years of finance experience.
Experience with MS Office products (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Experience and understanding of the program business role APEX PRISM and/or experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Critical thinking abilities & desire/eagerness to learn Understanding and application of finance principles concepts practices and standard knowledge of industry practices
Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts Operations Engineering Supply Chain Management etc.) in program development and execution.
Ability to plan and manage daily tasks meet deadlines analyze provide results and recommend solutions to his management
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Experience with MS Office PowerQuery PowerApps Power Automate.
Experience with SAP APEX BW EDIT and other Raytheon Financial Systems.
Shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis.
Ability to work under minimal supervision. Participates in determining objectives of assignment plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives after training period.
Prior experience in Defense or Aerospace.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
